Orders can be canceled or modified within 12 hours of purchase.

After that:

  • Orders are sent into production or fulfillment
  • We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations


🚫 No Returns for Buyer’s Remorse

Because our products are made-to-order or fulfilled on demand, we do not accept returns for:

  • Wrong size selected
  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect style choice

🛠 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect

You are eligible for a free replacement or refund.

📩 Contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the issue

We will resolve it quickly with our fulfillment partners like
Printify and Zendrop


📦 Lost Packages

If your order is lost in transit (not marked delivered):

  • We will replace or refund your order

If marked “Delivered”:

  • We are not responsible for theft or misplacement
  • Please contact the carrier directly


🏠 Incorrect Address

If the wrong address is entered:

  • We are not responsible for lost shipments
  • Reshipping may require an additional fee


⏳ Refund Processing Time

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued within 5–10 business days
  • Funds return to your original payment method


🌍 International Orders

We do not refund:

  • Customs fees
  • Duties or taxes
